GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Sapphire Creations Baby Atelier. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Most products sold by Sapphire Creations Baby Atelier are personalised and made to order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, spellings, colours and personalisation details supplied at the time of ordering are correct.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
PRODUCTION TIMES
All items are handmade to order.
Estimated production and dispatch times are provided on product listings and are intended as a guide only. During busy periods, processing times may be extended.
DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched using the delivery service selected at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Sapphire Creations Baby Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
As many of our products are personalised and custom-made, they are exempt from the standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned at the customer's expense unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Photographs may be requested to assist with assessing the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
As products are handmade, slight variations may occur in embroidery placement, fabric pattern positioning, thread shades and screen colour representation.
These variations do not constitute a fault.
SAFETY
Dummy clips, pram charms, keepsakes and decorative accessories should always be used under adult supervision.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately and in accordance with current safety guidance.
PRICING
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may be amended at any time without notice but changes will not affect orders already placed.
KLARNA
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer Klarna payment options at checkout.
Payment is made directly to Klarna.
Eligibility for Klarna payment options is determined by Klarna and may not be available to all customers.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and Klarna's privacy notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs, product designs, logos, descriptions, graphics and website content remain the property of Sapphire Creations Baby Atelier and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
PRIVACY
Customer information is used solely for processing orders, customer service and legal obligations.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing within these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any rights that consumers are entitled to under UK consumer protection law.
